Welcome Bean!

Hello and welcome on board to a journey of total contentment and wellbeing.

Throughout my life I’ve been battling with poor mental health. When I was younger I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did.

In the last five years I’ve been on a journey to improve my mental wellbeing. I’ve had days where I didn’t think I’d make it through and just wanted to give up, but I didn’t and I want to share with you exactly how I managed to climb my way out of the dark tundra that they call depression. Check out why I’m a huge anxious bean.

I’d love to be able to help you with tips and tricks I’ve learnt and ones I am still learning so that we can all become ultimate wellbeans.

On this website you will find a letter exchange. This is a platform where we can all help each other out. I strongly believe that words can heal us, and doing something for others will make us feel better, so if you’d like to write a letter, or have a letter written to you, sign up by clicking on the link above.

If you have a problem that you’d like to share here, please get in touch! You can remain anonymous if you’d like. I’ll publish your messages and encourage others to write handwritten letters to you with advice and guidance. I won’t publish your address, and all letters will be initially sent to me, then sent on to you. I look forward to hearing for you all!
