We are all aware of the dangers of social media, if abused or used in the wrong way it can be detrimental to our health and wellbeing. However when used correctly it can be an amazing tool for support and encouragement.
On Instagram I follow many mental health bloggers who share the same goal as me; to spread positivity and send the message that it’s ok not to be ok and sometimes life can be crap, but you’re not alone in feeling that way and there’s always help available.
