I’m really excited to introduce this new app I have teamed up with called Journey. Basically it is an app that you can use as a journal on the go. I absolutely LOVE writing in a journal and I think this is a great idea, because if like me, you have lots of ideas buzzing around your brain when you’re on the go, you can record your thoughts in this app.
You can also include photos and videos on your journal entries AND you can include your location (if you turn on your location settings). You’ll be able to write down your thoughts at any time throughout the day, which may help you to process what is going on around you better.
I would never promote a product I don’t believe to be beneficial to you and your mental health, I truly believe this app could help you.
On the app you can track your moods. This is similar to what you get asked to do in cognitive behavioural therapy. By doing this you’ll be able to identify particular triggers that can effect your mood. This will give you a better understanding of how you can change these patterns of behaviour in the future.
I will be using this app for the next week, and I’ll blog about my experience and how I get on.
