Music has helped me through the darkest of hours. Hearing the whispering words of your favorite band or artist when you’re feeling down, can be like a comfort blanket that reassures you. I have created a playlist on Spotify of my favourite mental health songs. Above is my list, you can follow and download the playlist on Spotify if you like.
I’ve also included my favourite lyrics to each of these songs. I hope you enjoy listening!
I’d also like to challenge you to make your own mental health playlist. If you like this idea:
1.Make your own playlist and share it on twitter (it can be as long as you like).
2. Tag a friend to do the same.
3. Also tag me @wellbeanblog then I’ll then combine songs from everyone’s playlist and make an ultimate mental health playlist recommended by you. You will all get a mention and link back to your blog on my site!
4. Follow my mental health playlist on Spotify.
