Welcome Bean!

Hello and welcome on board to a journey of total contentment and wellbeing.

Throughout my life I’ve been battling with poor mental health. When I was younger I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did.

In the last seven years I’ve been on a journey to improve my mental wellbeing. I’ve had days where I didn’t think I’d make it through and just wanted to give up, but I didn’t and I want to share with you exactly how I managed to climb my way out of the dark tundra that they call depression. I’d love to be able to help you with tips and tricks I’ve learnt and ones I am still learning so that we can all become ultimate wellbeans.
