Hello and welcome on board to a journey of contentment and let me help you navigate the world of mental health.

Throughout my life I’ve been battling with poor mental health. When I was younger I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did. I was suffering with bouts of depression and generalised anxiety but I had no idea. Mental health wasn’t really discussed by many people when I was growing up and I didn’t think (at the time) that I knew anyone who was feeling the same way as me.

In the last seven years I’ve been on a journey to improve my mental wellbeing. I’ve had days where I didn’t think I’d make it through and I just wanted to give up, but I didn’t the dark days made me prove my strength and I want to share with you exactly how I managed to climb my way out of the dark tundra that they call depression.

I’d love to be able to help you with tips and tricks I’ve learnt and ones I am still learning so that we can all become ultimate wellbeans. I know now that I am not alone and that there are so many people like me that feel the way I did. This is why I have created this platform to build a community of people who can support each other through sharing their stories,
